New Hams in 2011
Mark has been doing some travelling since Christmas, searching for new ways of preparing hams for the Spring and Summer. Watch out for a selection of new Emmett’s hams, prepared with rosemary, pepper, dill and other herbs – perfect for picnics and family parties in the garden. And of course you can always order our traditional black and mild cured hams.
